Already biked the Vancouver-Montréal leg and want to pedal the other half of the country, in keeping with the national motto From Sea to Sea? Or are you simply keen to discover the breathtaking panoramas of the Maritimes? Whatever your motivation, this memorable trip will take you as far as Cape Spear – the most easterly point of the country. Leaving from Montréal, you will pedal via the Matapédia Valley through New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and countless friendly fishing villages until you reach Newfoundland, which you will cross from west to east. A total trek of 2,600 km in 24 days. Ready to take on the great outdoors?

Day 1 - Montréal, Lavaltrie, Berthierville, Louiseville, Yamachiche, Trois-Rivières (140 km).
Day 2 - Trois-Rivières, Batiscan, Portneuf, Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Québec (140 km).
Day 3 - Québec, Berthier-sur-Mer, Montmagny, L’Islet, La Pocatière, Kamouraska (145 km).
Day 4 - Kamouraska, Notre-Dame-du-Portage, Rivière-du-Loup, L’Isle-Verte, Trois-Pistoles, Saint-Fabien-sur-Mer, Le Bic, Rimouski (150 km).
Day 5 - Rimouski, Sainte-Luce, Mont-Joli, Sayabec, Amqui (105 km).
Day 6 - Amqui, Causapscal, Matapédia, Campbellton, Dalhousie (125 km).
Day 7 - Dalhousie, Jacquet River, Petit-Rocher, Bathurst, Allardville, Miramichi (170 km).
Day 8 - Free day.
Day 9 - Miramichi, Rogersville, Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Bouctouche, Cocagne, Shediac (155 km).
Day 10 - Shediac, Cap-Pelé. Shuttle to cross Confederation bridge. Borden-Carleton, Victoria, Charlottetown (130 km).
Day 11 - Charlottetown, Woods Island. Ferry from Woods Island to Caribou. Caribou, New Glasgow (100 km).
Day 12 - New Glasgow, Antigonish, Tracadie,  Aulds Cove, Port Hawkesbury (120 km).
Day 13 - Port Hawkesbury, Whycocomagh, Bucklaw, Baddeck, Sydney Mines, North Sydney  (150 km).
Day 14 - Ferry from North Sydney to Channel-Port-Aux-Basques (7 hrs). Free rest of the day.
Day 15 - Channel-Port-Aux-Basques, Doyles, St. George’s, Stephenville (165 km).
Day 16 - Stephenville, Corner Brook, Pasadena, Deer Lake (130 km).
Day 17 - Free day.
Day 18 - Deer Lake, Sheppardville, Springdale (130 km).
Day 19 - Springdale, South Brook, Badger, Grand Falls-Windsor (110 km).
Day 20 - Grand Falls-Windsor, Bishop’s Falls, Norris Arm, Glenwood, Gander (165 km).
Day 21 - Gander, Port Blandford, Clarenville, Arnold’s Cove (135 km).
Day 22 - Arnold’s Cove, Holyrood, Conception Bay South, Paradise, St. Philips, St-John’s (150 km).
Day 23 - Transfer to St-John's airport and flight back to Montréal.
