Day 1 - Arrival in Lyon and transfer to Armoy (2.5 hrs).
Day 2 - Armoy, La Vernaz, Col du Grand Taillet, Col du Corbier, Le Biot, Saint-Jean-d'Aulps, Les Gets, Taninges, Col du Châtillon, Cluses. Optionnal via Col de la Joux (80 to 107 km).
Day 3 - Cluses, Romme, Le Reposoir, Col de la Colombière, Le Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Col des Aravis, Flumet, Les Saisies (77 km).
Day 4 - Les Saisies, Beaufort, Col du Meraillet, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Séez, Sainte-Foy Tarentaise, Barrage de Tignes, Val d'Isère. Optionnal via Col du Pré or Col du Petit Bernard  (88 to 136 km).
Day 5 - Free day or looped route via Tignes (28 km).
Day 6 - Val d’Isère, Col d’Iseran, Bonneval, Col de la Madeleine, Lanslebourg, Col du Mont-Cenis, Susa, Oulx, Montgenève, Briançon (145 km).
Day 7 -Free day or looped route via Prelles, L’Argentière-la-Bessée, Guillestre, arvieux, Col d’Isoard, Cervières (2360m). Optionnelle via Pré de Mme Carle et/ ou Risoul  (72 à 166 km)
Day 8 - Briançon, Chantemerle, Le Monetier-les-Bains, Col du Lautaret, La Grave, Le Freney d’Oisans, Auris, L'Alpe d'Huez. Optionnelle via Col du Galibier et/ ou Col de Sarenne (79 à 99 km).
Day 9 - Free day or looped route via Bourg d'Oisans, Allemont, Oz, L'Alpe d’Huez (54 to 103 km).
Day 10 - L’Alpe d’Huez, Col d’Ornon (1371 m), Le Périer, Corps, St-Disdier, Col du Noyer (1664 m), Poligny, Le Cros, Gap (133 km).
Day 11 - Gap, Espinasses, Le Lauzet-Ubaye, Les Gorges du Bachelard, Col de la Cayolle (2326 m), St-Martin d’Entraunes, Guillaumes, Valberg (143 km).
Day 12 - Free day or looped route via Gorges du Cians, Pugets-Théniers, Entrevaux, Gorges de Daluis. Optionnelle via Col du Trébuchet (1141 m) (83 à 133 km).
Day 13 - Valberg, Roubion, St-Martin-Vézubie, Lantosque, Levens, St-André-de-la-Roche, Nice (117 km).
Day 14 - Transfer to Nice airport and flight back to Montréal.
