Day 2 - Kailua-Kona, Kealkeka Bay, Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Park, Captain Cook (50 km).
Day 3 - Captain Cook, Waiohinu, Naalehu, Whittington Beach Park, Panuluu Beach Park, Pahala (96 to 99 km).
Day 4 - Pahala, Hilo (85 km).
Day 5 - Free day or looped route around Hilo via Pahoa (83 km).
Day 6 - Free day or round trip to the East coast of Mauna Kea Summit (2000 m) (20 to 96 km).
Day 7 - Hilo, Honolii Beach, Kolekole Beach, Laupahoehoe, Honokaa, Waimea (97 to 112 km).
