Its archipelago of 1,864 islands, ranging from the massive Wolfe to tiny one-tree islets, can be seen in all its splendour from Kingston to Brockville! And near Ingleside, just west of Cornwall, you can even access the Long-Sault Parkway, which links a series of eleven islands through the Thousand Islands National Park (formerly named St. Lawrence Islands National Park). Short route: 265 km • Long route: 375 km

Day 1 - Rendez-vous in Cornwall at 8:30 a.m. and departure at 9 a.m. Arrival in Picton at noon. Looped route via Wellington, Bloomfield, Sandbanks (43 to 50 km).
Day 2 - Picton, Sandhurst, Bath, Amherstview, Kingston (67 or 74 km).
Day 3 - Free day or looped route via Wolfe Island (21 to 53 km).
Day 4 - Kingston, King Pitt, Eastview, Howe Island, Gananoque (36 km).
Day 5 - Gananoque, Darlingside, Rockport, Butternut Bay, Brockville (54 km).
Day 6 - Brockville, Prescott, Cardinal, Iroquois, Morrisburg (60 km).
Day 7 - Morrisburg, Ingleside, Long Sault, Cornwall (48 km).
