Short route : 234 km • Long route : 412 km

Day 1 - Rendez-vous in Midland at 1:30 p.m. and departure at 2:00 p.m. Arrival in Wiarton at 5:00 p.m.
Day 2 - Wiarton, Sauble Beach, Southampton, Port Elgin (55 km).
Day 3 - Port Elgin, Tara, Owen Sound (50 km).
Day 4 - Free day or looped route via Big Bay (67 km).
Day 5 - Owen Sound, Walters Falls, Collingwood (71 km).
Day 6 - Free day or looped route (46 to 60 km).
Day 7 - Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Midland (58 km).
Day 8 - Back home or looped route via Tay Waubaushene (51 km).
