Sparsely populated, Vermont offers no fewer than 25,000 km2 of extraordinarily beautiful countryside. For cycling, it is absolutely ideal, a gift of nature. The triangular route passing through Montpelier, Middlebury and Woodstock is an opportunity to ride on the very spine of the Green Mountains, southwest of Lake Champlain, with, as the locals say, “a view that is not be missed!”
