Day 1 – Arrival in Amqui in the afternoon or evening.
Day 2 - Val d’Irène, Sayabec, Saint-Léandre, Matane (81 km).
Day 3 - Sainte-Félicité, Grosses-Roches, Les Méchins, Cap-Chat (70 km). Transfer between Cap-Chat and Gaspé (2 h 45). 
Day 4 - Looped route via Parc Forillon (45 to 83 km) or round-trip to Haldimand Beach (26 km).
Day 5 - Douglastown, Barachois, Coin-du-Banc, Percé (80 km).
Day 6 - Free day or looped route via Route des Failles, Cannes-de-Roches, Le Petit-Montréal (30 km). 
Day 7 - L’Anse-à-Beaufils, Cap-d’Espoir, Grande-Rivière, Pabos, Chandler, Pabos Mills,  Newport, Port-Daniel, Paspébiac, New Carlisle (111 km).
Day 8 - Bonaventure, Saint-Siméon, Caplan, New Richmond, Maria, Carleton-sur-Mer (91 km).
Day 9 - Saint-Omer, Nouvelle, Miguasha-Ouest, Escuminac, Pointe-à-la-Croix (58 km).
Day 10 - Matapédia, Routhierville, Causapscal, Lac-au-Saumon, Amqui (96 km).
