Rendezvous in Drummondville for the grand start of La Petite Aventure! Then it's on to the quiet roads to the lunch stop in Wickham, before arriving in Acton Vale at the end of the day.
The regular route on this first day of the Petite Aventure offers a lovely stroll along the edge of fields and the Saint-François River. Admire the flowers on Route Caya, just past the viaduct. And take advantage of these quiet roads to admire the tranquility of the region, whose rich agricultural heritage has preserved many wide-open spaces!
Between the lunch stop and Acton Vale, the section of the Route verte (celebrating its 30th anniversary this year!) is made of rock dust.
