Arrival in Lisbon and transfer to Aljezur (3 h 30).
Day 2
Free day or loop via Praia da Arrifana (28 km) or via Marmelete (48 to 70 km).
Day 3
Aljezur, Espihaco de Cão, Bensafrim, Barão de São João, Luz, Lagos. Option by Barragem da Bravura, Praia da Luz. (55 to 64 km).
Day 4
Free day or loop via Praia da Luz, Barão de São João. Option via Burgau, Salema, Budens, Barão de São Miguel (36 or 59 km).
Day 5
Lagos, Meia, Odiáxere, Arão, Mexilhoeira Grande, Portimão. Option by Montes de Cima (46 to 58 km).
Day 6
Free day or loop via Valverde, Montes de Cima, Monchique, Alferce, Porto de Lagos (43 to 75 km).
