Free day or loop via Arrifana, Aljezur, Carrascalihno, Rogil, Monte Clérigo. Option via Fortaleza da Arrifana, Praia da Amoreira (26 to 37 miles).
Day 3
Aljezur, Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Raposeira, Hortas do Tabual, Figueira, Salema, Burgau, Luz, Lagos. Option via Praia da Ingrina, Praia do Zavial, Ponta da Piedade, Praia da Luz. (72 to 83 km).
Day 4
Free day or loop via Praia da Luz, Barão de São João. Option via Burgau, Salema, Budens, Barão de São Miguel. (22 or 37 miles).
