Each year, many families introduce their children to cycling during the Petite Aventure, while the expert riders get together to travel around Quebec during the Grand Tour. Summer events not to be missed!

For this 26th edition, Vélo Québec transports you to the Centre-du-Québec region for 3 days of pure pleasure. Located in the heart of the city of Nicolet, our village will welcome young and old with everything they need for an unforgettable stay.

Take advantage of the long weekend to (re)discover Quebec by bike.

With family, friends or alone, this event brings together thousands of cyclists who ride the most beautiful routes, and meet in the evening in the village to share memorable evenings in a festive atmosphere!

Under the stars

Package including 2 nights camping; 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners.

One-day tour

Live the Petite Aventure experience for a day. Lunch and dinner included.

Weekend duo

Ride for 3 days at the Little Adventure and the Grand Tour. Packages include 2 nights camping; 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners for each event.

Tent rental:

You don't have a tent? We'll take care of it! When you make your reservation, select the tent rental option. This option includes the assembly and disassembly as well as the delivery of your luggage to the tent. Sleeping bags and ground mattresses not included.

Overnight stays in camping (under the stars package) depending on the package chosen. No overnight stays for the One-Day Tour.

Day 1

Rendezvous in Sainte-Perpétue for the grand departure of the Little Adventure! Then, Sainte-Brigitte-des-Saults, La-Visitation-de-Yamaska, Baie-du-Febvre, Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Saint-Elphège, Pierreville, Odanak and back to Nicolet at the end of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions - La Petite Aventure

Is it possible to do the Petite Aventure with an electric bike?

Yes, during the events, electrical connections will be available for participants.

Is it possible to have a gluten-free menu for people with gluten intolerance?

A gluten-free menu is available at meals. However, due to the high volume surrounding the logistics of serving meals at Little Adventure, we cannot guarantee 100% freedom from food cross-contamination.

The gluten-free menu is therefore available for participants who are gluten intolerant, but is not recommended for celiac participants.

Is it possible to modify the Petite Aventure package?

No, the packages are offered according to the formulas and duration as presented on our website and these are not modifiable.

Is it possible to have access to Petite Aventure's meal service without paying for lodging?

The packages offered are not modifiable and include lodging and meals. However, you can bring your own meals, but it is not possible to deduct the price of meals from your package.

I have booked before March 31st, when and how will I receive the information about my free participation in the Tour de l'Île de Montréal?

Once the March 31 deadline has passed, all those who have reserved before the end of the promotion will receive an email containing all the necessary information regarding their participation in the Tour de l'Île de Montréal, including an explanation of the procedure for receiving their bib.

Is it possible to arrive the day before departure?

If you wish to arrive the day before the event, it is possible!

Here is the information to remember:

  • If you have your own tent:
      • Location: Sainte-Perpétue Recreation and Sports Center (113 Rue Saint-Charles, Sainte-Perpétue, QC J0C 1R0)
      • Camping available from 5 p.m. on June 29
      • Services available: toilets, water.
  • If you have rented a tent :
      • Location: Jean-Nicolet High School (497 Rue de Mgr Brunault, Nicolet, QC J3T 1Y6)
      • Camping available from 5 p.m. on June 29
      • Services available: toilets, water.

Please note that other Little Adventure services such as meals, showers, mechanics and first aid will not be available. You must therefore bring your own meals if you decide to arrive the day before.

It is still possible to order your jersey! However, we cannot guarantee delivery before the event. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
