Grand Tour 2027
Duration: 6 days and 5 nights
Starting at
per person
Duration
14 nights
Level
3 - Moderate - hilly, sometimes mountainous - 50 to 80 km
This trip is called “Wallonia-Ardennes,” but it takes you far beyond Belgium. Over the course of 15 days, we’ll travel through four countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. On a bike, the borders go almost unnoticed. What changes from one leg of the journey to the next are the cities, the landscapes, and the flavors.
You’ll start in Maastricht, in the Netherlands, then drive to Liège, Namur, and Dinant, in the heart of Wallonia. You’ll continue on to France, passing through Givet and Charleville-Mézières, before returning to Belgium at Bouillon and Florenville in the Ardennes. You’ll finish in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, passing through Pétange and the city of Luxembourg. In total, the route includes ten stopover towns, and four free days will give you time to explore or take an extra loop.
This Level 3 tour is suitable for cyclists who ride regularly. Daily distances range from about 26 to 78 km, and several stages offer longer or shorter options so that everyone can ride at their own pace. A Vélo Québec Voyages guide will accompany you throughout the trip in a support vehicle. We’ll also handle the transport of your luggage. We’ll kick off the trip with a welcome meeting and a cocktail reception.
