This package includes:
A guide available 7 days a week - 24 hours a day
Your guide takes care of everything. He/she is the contact person for your trip, and is :
- Contactable at all times
- In charge of group reservations on site (hotels, restaurants, transportation)
- In charge of the orientation meeting each morning before setting off.
- Expert on the best places to visit, sometimes off the beaten track.
All our guides are experienced cyclists who know the destinations inside and out. Whether you have questions, a specific need, a particular request... your guide will be able to provide you with the right information during your trip!
Supervision on the road
Your guide has mechanical knowledge and first-aid training, and will assist you on the road if anything goes wrong.
They will also be able to advise you of any changes to the route, deviations, optional routes, thanks to their scouting of the route before your trip.

Accommodation and hotels
During your trip, you will stay in accommodations specifically selected according to their location, the quality of the offers and the services provided for cyclists.
Depending on your trip, you'll stay in two-, three- or four-star hotels, based on double occupancy. Subject to availability, a supplement may be payable if you require a private room. Please mention this when booking.
Accommodations include all breakfasts and some dinners (excluding beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic). For other meals, you are free to choose what suits you along the way.
Transport and transfers
During your trip, we make sure that the transport process and transfers are as simple and efficient as possible.
Your trip includes:
- Air transportation for the passenger and bike (for certain destinations), as well as transfers from the airport to the hotel and back;
- Round-trip coach transportation (for certain destinations) as well as transportation of the bicycle.
- Internal transfers by coach or train, ferry travel and domestic flights between stopover towns (if applicable).
- Advice on packing your bike for transport.
Land portion: It is possible to purchase only the land portion of our trips, which excludes your air and bicycle transportation. If you select this option, you are responsible for your own transportation when you are not with the group.
Bicycle and luggage transport
Each day, your luggage (one per person: maximum 20 kg with air transportation; 15 kg without air transportation) will be transported to your hotel without you having to worry about anything. On transfer days or free days, your bicycle will also be transported.
Maps and GPX data
Each day, you take to the road at a time and pace that suits you. With route maps in PDF format, as well as electronic versions of the routes in GPX format, you have all the tools you need to discover the day's itinerary at your own pace, with peace of mind about the route to follow.
Please note that GPX data is not available for our trips to Cuba.

Don't have a bike to suit your needs, or want to travel without having to worry about transporting your precious steed? Ask our advisors if bike rental is available for your destination. It's also possible to reserve an electric-assist bike for certain destinations.
Want to add a few days to your trip? Thanks to our extensive network of hotel partners, we can book accommodation for you before or after your trip so that you can make the most of your stay.

Taxes and CFCTA
Package prices include taxes and the Travel Agent Customer Compensation Fund contribution of $3.50 per $1,000 of services purchased, effective November 1, 2021.
