Where it’s as beautiful as it is blue

Whether you’re in the Bay of Quinte region—which includes the wine-growing Prince Edward County—or along Route 33, the Loyalist Parkway, the blue of the water—from Lake Ontario and then the St. Lawrence River—is everywhere.

Soon, the great river carves its way through the landscape, dotted with a string of islands—from the large Wolfe Island to the tiny ones home to a single tree! Between Kingston and Morrisburg, you’ll see them in all their splendor. This is a corner of the world where nature has been particularly generous, and it’s a delight to explore by bike!
