Biography
With a background in natural sciences, I have spent my entire career working with the public across Quebec, teaching, raising awareness, and educating people about the benefits of spending time in nature and the importance of protecting our environment. My involvement in the cycling community came naturally, first through my participation in several editions of the Grand Tour, then as a board member of Vélo Québec, followed by serving as a cycling coach for various Vélo Québec events and the Cycliste averti program, and finally as a tour guide since 2012. I’m athletic, curious about everything and everyone, a good organizer, and have a contagious zest for life—people never get bored with me!
My fondest memory of a cycling trip spanned two years—or, more precisely, 80 days—as I crossed Canada with an amazing group of people! There were 32 of us cycling from Vancouver to Montreal, and 16 of us continued on from Montreal to St. John’s (Newfoundland), a leg of the journey joined by 5 new cyclists! What a wonderful adventure and what a great way to discover our country!
