Biography
With a background in the natural sciences, I've spent my entire life working with the public throughout Quebec, teaching, raising awareness and informing them about the benefits of being in nature and the importance of protecting our environment. My involvement in the cycling world therefore came naturally, first through my participation in several editions of the Grand Tour, then as an administrator on the board of Vélo Québec, and then as a cycling coach for various Vélo Québec events and for the Cycliste averti program, and finally as a travel guide since 2012. Sporty, curious about everything and everyone, a good organizer, with a contagious joie de vivre, people never get bored with me!
My fondest cycling memory spans two years and, more precisely, 80 days... crossing Canada with an extraordinary gang! We were 32 cyclists who rode from Vancouver to Montreal, and 16 of them continued from Montreal to Saint John's (Newfoundland), a stretch to which 5 new cyclists were added! What a superb adventure and a great way to discover our country!
