1. Eligibility requirements

The "Travel by Bike" Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence prior to the Contest Period. Permanent and temporary employees of Vélo Québec and its divisions Association, Events, Travel, and Publishing, as well as permanent and temporary employees of the Contest Sponsors and members of the boards of directors of said companies, including persons with whom they live or to whom they are related, are excluded.

2. How to participate

To enter the "Travel by bike with Vélo Québec Voyages" contest, you must register using the online form at https://www.veloquebecvoyages.com/concours-voyagez-a-velo/ or by completing an entry form available at the trade shows where we will be present*, tell us your dream destination for a bike trip, and agree to receive communications from Vélo Québec and its divisions Association, Events, Travel, and Publishing.

• Gatineau Bike Show from March 6 to 8, 2026
• Toronto Bicycle Show from February 20 to 22, 2026
• Quebec City Bike Show from March 20 to 22, 2026
• Outdoor Adventure Show on March 28–29, 2026

The contest period begins on February 21, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. and ends on April 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

All times are Eastern Time. No purchase necessary.

Limit of one (1) entry form per person. Each entry form submitted counts as one (1) entry in the contest.

3. Award allocation method

On April 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the offices of Vélo Québec Voyages, located at 1251 Rachel Street East, Montreal, Quebec, H2J 2J9, a random draw will be held from among all entries received. Twenty-five (25) participants will be randomly selected and will be eligible to win the prizes listed below. The^first winner will win the^first prize, the^second winner will win the^second prize, and so on until the^24th winner, who will win the^24th prize. Winners will be notified by email. If it is impossible to contact the winner within five (5) business days of the draw, if the winner has given an incorrect answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, if the winner refuses the prize, or if the winner fails to return the liability release form as requested by the Contest Organizer, another participant will be drawn.

4. Participants are eligible to win the following prizes:

• • ^1st prize: One (1) participation in the Grand Tour Weekend package, from August 1 to 3, 2026, for two people, valued at $1,478.
  • ^2nd prize: One (1) participation in the Petite Aventure, from June 28 to June 30, 2025, for two people, valued at $1,218.
  • ^3rd to^7th prize: Five (5) family passes for the 2025 Tour de l’Île de Montréal (five winners will be drawn at random to receive one family pass). The package includes two adult tickets and two tickets for children under 17, valued at $659.
  • ^8th to^12th prize: Five (5) family passes for Tour la Nuit 2025. (Five winners will be selected at random to receive one family pass). The package includes two adult tickets and two tickets for children under 17, valued at $589.
  • ^13th to^23rd prize: 10 (ten) annual subscriptions to Vélo Mag magazine, valued at $420. (10 winners will be drawn at random to receive 1 subscription)
  • ^24th prize: A duo of the Fatbike Guide and Practical Mountain Bike Guide, in print or digital format, at the winner's choice, valued at $29.90.

  The prize will be delivered in Canada only by the Contest Organizer within 4 to 6 weeks after contacting the Prize winner.

5. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question. They must also sign and return the liability release form in accordance with the Contest Organizer's instructions.
6. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged, or sold for cash. No substitutions will be permitted. If the advertised Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to replace it with another prize of equal or greater value.
7. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any entry form that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with the official rules may be rejected by the Contest Organizer. The Organizer and Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the documents or advertising associated with this contest. In the event of any inconsistency between the contest documents or advertising and these rules, these rules shall prevail. All entries become the property of the Contest Organizer.
8. By entering the contest, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use, if required, their name and city of residence for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.
9. The winner releases Vélo Québec Voyages, its affiliated companies and agencies, all Contest Sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any liability for damage or loss resulting from participation in this draw or from the awarding, acceptance, or use of the Prize.
10. Refusal to accept a Prize releases Vélo Québec Voyages, its affiliated companies and agencies, its respective directors, officers, and employees, as well as the Sponsors, their employees, collaborators, and directors from any obligation to the winner.
11. Personal information, such as name, phone number, and email address, is collected solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will not be used for any other purpose without the participant's consent. The Contest Organizer will only contact participants for promotional purposes if they give their consent in the space provided for this purpose on the entry form.
12. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the use of the veloquebecvoyages.com website or by the transmission of information in connection with the contest.
