Sign up as a group of 5 or more for the 6-day Under the Stars package and get a discount!
- 5 or more people = 5% discount
- 10 or more people = 10% discount
- 15 people or more = 15% discount
Registration procedures
*Offer valid until April 30, 2026.
- Appoint a leaderand choose agroup name.
- Contact a Vélo Québec Voyages advisor to provide them with the name of the person in charge and the groupunder which each participant will register.
- Form a group of 5 or more people who will book a 6-day package for the 2026 Grand Tour. Eligible for this offer are all customers who pay the registration fee for the Grand Tour Under the Stars, which will take place from August 1 to 6. Not eligible for this offer: all customers who book a Sous la couette package or who register as a cycling coach, volunteer, or employee for the 2026 edition of the Grand Tour.
- You must submit your registration by April 30, 2026.
Important note: Vélo Québec Voyages will only respondto questions about the group from the person in charge: the only person to whom the list of participants will be disclosed, who will be able to make changes to it, and who will be responsible for following up with the participants. This approach will allow us to be more efficient. Thank you for your understanding.
Registration procedures for each participant in a group
- Once the group leader has contacted a travel advisor, each participant must register individually, either by phone, mentioning the group name, or on the transactional website, indicating it in the "Roulez en groupe" section.
Terms and conditions of the offer
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, including "Bring a Friend."
- The offer cannot be combined with the Christmas Promo rate.
- The offer is not valid if you have chosen the Under the Stars Package.
- Final payments for groups of 5 or more participants must be received by Vélo Québec Voyages no later than May 31, 2026, for the offer to be honored.
