At the Grand Tour : Ride with your group!
Register 10 or more people for the Under the Stars 6-day package and get your Grand Tour jerseys for free! A value of $99 plus taxes per person.
How to register
*Offer valid from January 11 to May 31, 2024.
- Appoint a leader and choose a group name.
- Contact a Vélo Québec Voyages consultant to inform him or her of the name of the leader and the group under which each participant will be registering.
- Put together a group of 10 people to book a 6-day package for the Grand Tour 2024. Eligible for this offer: all customers who pay the registration fee for the Sous les étoiles Grand Tour, which runs from August 3 to 8. Not eligible for this offer: all customers booking an Under the Stars package or registering as a cycling coach, volunteer or employee for the 2024 Grand Tour.
- You must submit your entry before May 31, 2024.
Important note: for all group-related questions, Vélo Québec Voyages will reply only to the person in charge: the only person to whom the list of participants will be disclosed, who will be able to make changes to it, and who will be responsible for following up with said participants. This will enable us to be more efficient. Thank you for your understanding.
How to register each participant in a group
- Once the group leader has contacted a travel consultant, each participant must register individually, either by telephone, mentioning the name of the group, or on the transactional website, in the "Group name" section.
Conditions of the offer
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, including "Bring a Friend".
- Final payments from the 10 participants must reach Vélo Québec Voyages no later than May 31, 2024 for the offer to be honored.
- Between May 31 and June 7, an exclusive link to the online store will be sent to each team member so that they can select their jersey size and indicate their delivery address. Shirts ordered before June 7 will be delivered before the event.
