Volcanic reliefs

Auvergne is the archetype of old rural France—with men wearing berets and women wearing aprons—and boasts a beauty that is little known to tourists. This peaceful way of life is set against the backdrop of Europe's largest volcanic complex, now dormant and covered in beautiful greenery.

The landscape is spectacular, demanding on the calves but exceptionally beautiful. During your stay, you will make loops via Le Puy-en-Velay, the capital where the famous12th-centuryNotre-Dame cathedral is located, Saint-Flour, a sub-prefecture perched on a rocky outcrop, and Saint-Nectaire, the town that gave its name to the delicious cheese we all know. We can't wait to experience Auvergne, its hard work, culture, and delicious food!

Self-guided driving

With the Self-guided option, enjoy your stay however you want, in complete independence. We give you the itinerary, book your accommodation, and the rest is up to you!
