The shores of the St. Lawrence River are among the most popular destinations in the province. Yet, far away on the north shore of the river lies the North Shore, a region relatively untouched by tourists despite its breathtaking natural heritage.
We invite you to discover the area, starting from Tadoussac, the gateway to the North Shore, which will take you along the river to Baie-Comeau. Like its Charlevoix neighbor, the region is known for its valleys, which you will tackle in the same way as the first settlers who populated the local lands in the 16th century.
Effort brings reward, and yours will be rewarded exponentially, with access to uncrowded panoramas whose wild majesty will make you forget the day's elevation gain!
Now it's your turn to discover why the region's motto is "Between nature and excess"!
With the Self-guided option, enjoy your stay however you want, in complete independence. We give you the itinerary, book your accommodation, and the rest is up to you!
