A Country Getaway

In just a few pedal strokes, you’ll find yourself in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by fields and rolling hills.

You’ll also take a short detour along the Chemin du Roy to explore the heritage of New France. Discover an idyllic world in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton, filled with elves and “paparmanes,” before heading back toward Trois-Rivières.

Between Lanaudière and Mauricie, you’ll find joy in the simplicity of the road, allowing you to cruise at your own pace through the farmlands that make Quebec a culinary destination!

With the Self-guided option, enjoy your trip at your own pace and on your own terms. We’ll provide you with the itinerary and book your accommodations—the rest is up to you!

  • 2 breakfasts;

  • coverage under the Travel Agent Customer Compensation Fund (FICAV), which amounts to $1 per $1,000 and the applicable discount;

Day 1

Departure from Lebrun by bike via St-Justin, Ste-Ursule, Ste-Angèle-de-Prémont, and St-Paulin. Option via St-Alexis-des-Monts (49 to 59 km).

Day 2

Bike ride through St-Élie-de-Caxton, Charrette, St-Barnabé, St-Thomas-de-Caxton, and Trois-Rivières (60 or 75 km).

Day 3

Bike ride via Pointe-du-Lac, Yamachiche, Louiseville, and Maskinongé. Alternative route via St-Léon-le-Grand (49–60 km).
