From the heart of the Alentejo to the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean, this cycling tour reveals an authentic, warm, and vibrant Portugal. Here, you’ll discover a country shaped by light, rolling hills, white villages, and neatly arranged vineyards. From the museum city of Évora to elegant Sintra, passing through the medieval towns of Estremoz, Tomar, Batalha, and Óbidos, each day is a journey through heritage, traditions, and timeless landscapes.
Along quiet, scenic roads, the route winds through olive groves, cork oak forests, and sun-drenched countryside. Then, the scenery gradually changes as you approach the Atlantic: the air grows saltier, the houses take on a blue hue, and the waves accompany the road all the way to Cascais and Lisbon. Alternating between active stages and days off, this route offers a perfect balance between cultural discovery, the joy of riding, and moments of pure contemplation. A luminous journey, full of charm and authenticity.
