Biography

In search of thrills, André cycled across Canada at the age of 17, discovering a true passion for adventure sports—cycling, trekking, and rafting. His many journeys have allowed him to discover different cultures across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. His passion for high-altitude mountaineering has taken him to the Cordillera Blanca in Peru, Everest Base Camp, and several volcanoes in Chile.

I've been on several cycling trips; crossing Canada was my first. My trip to Morocco introduced me to new cultures; cycling brought me into close contact with the locals, who would come up to me and ask me with curiosity why I was traveling by bike. Cycling in Cuba is a welcoming experience; it’s a wonderful way to see the reality of the people’s lives, which is a far cry from all-inclusive resorts.
