Guided Travel Package – subject to availability of departures:
If you choose a trip that includes airfare, you must make your reservation 70 days before the departure date, subject to the trip’s availability. Once the 70-day deadline has passed, Vélo Québec Voyages releases unsold airline tickets. Travelers who book their trip after this date will be responsible for the difference in the cost of the airline ticket, which must be purchased individually. Without airfare: up to 45 days before your departure date.
Self-guided Package:
We recommend booking your trip as early as possible due to high demand during the summer months. In fact, some properties may be fully booked if reservations are made too close to the departure date.
To book the " Self-guided " package:
For any trip Self-guided, please allow sufficient time between when you submit your booking request and your desired departure date to give us time to plan the details of your trip.

Travel with Vélo Québec Voyages
Do I have to ride with a group or keep a specific pace when traveling?
All trips are tailored to your pace, with support that adapts to your speed. This means you can ride at your own pace, without the pressure of keeping up with a group or a pace that doesn't suit you.
Is it possible to take days off instead of going on the daily tour during my trip?
Many of our trips are structured around stopover cities, allowing you to enjoy optional rest days on most days of your trip. However, transit days are mandatory since accommodations are booked in advance. If you’re traveling on a guided tour, you may be able to travel in the support vehicle.
In the event of an injury, a decision will be made in consultation with the participant, our guide, and a doctor (if necessary) regarding how to proceed with the trip.
Can I leave earlier or come back later?
Feel free to ask our advisors if it’s possible to book accommodations before you leave or after your cycling trip ends so you can enjoy your destination a little longer.
