Starting from La Pocatière, the gateway to the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, you’ll head toward Saint-Pacôme—one of Quebec’s most beautiful villages—and then Kamouraska, renowned for its stunning landscapes. After Saint-André, you’ll ride mostly along the water’s edge, particularly in Notre-Dame-du-Portage, and once you reach Rivière-du-Loup, you’ll be able to appreciate the vastness of the river, which is now referred to as a sea.
With its church, museum, and cheese factory, Trois-Pistoles is sure to charm you, as will the breathtaking beauty of the Bic River, which you’ll pass along the way to Rimouski. A scenic drive, gourmet stops, and the river flowing out to the Atlantic… that’s a winning formula for a great vacation!
With the Self-guided option, enjoy your trip at your own pace and on your own terms. We’ll provide you with the itinerary and book your accommodations—the rest is up to you!
