INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS - DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7

Loops around Papineauville

Set off to explore the Outaouais countryside, and discover beautiful forest roads, farmland as far as the eye can see, and pretty lakes, including Lac Viceroy, or Lac Simon, for those who let themselves be tempted by the first optional route of the day!

Once back in the village, head to the bistro at 5:00 p.m. for a conversation between Jean-François Rheault and Ann-Rika Martin, big winner of Les chefs in 2017, chef co-owner of O'Ravito Café Relais and responsible for this week's lunch menus. In this discussion, you'll learn more about her inspirations for Grand Tour dinners, her family cargo bike experiences and the importance of proximity to the Route verte for her restaurant.
