Day 1
Meet at Barcelona Airport and transfer to Cadaqués (2.5 hours).
Day 2
Rest day or loop routes via Roses, Castello d’Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador, Vilamacolum, Fortià, Peralada, and Vilajuïga. Loop route via El Port de la Selva (70–98 km).
Day 3
Cadaqués, Vilajuïga, Garriguella, Peralada, Vilabertran, Figueres. Alternative route via Espolla and Cabanes. (42–63 km). Round trip via the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Mountain (125 km).
Day 4
A day off or a loop via Llers, Boadella d’Emporda, Darnius, and Pont de Molins. Alternatively, via Agullana, La Vajol, and Coustouges (49–105 km).
Day 5
Figueres, Navata, LLadó, Esponellà, Banyoles, Mieres, Santa Pau, Olot (72 or 76 km).
Day 6
A rest day or loop routes via San Joan de les Abadesses, Sant Pau de Segúries, Campodron, Col d’Arès, Vallter 2000, Beget, and Castellfolit de la Roca (57–168 km).
Day 7
Olot, El Mallol, Sant Esteve d’en Bas, Les Planes d’Hostoles, Llorà, Canet d’Adri, Girona. Loop via El Far (71–105 km).
Day 8
A day off or loop routes via Canet d’Adrit, Llorà, or Anglès, Sant Hilari Sacalm, and Santa Coloma de Farners (61 or 95 km).
Day 9
Girona, Quart, Caldes de Malavella, Llagostera, Tossa de Mar. Option via Salionç (46 or 55 km).
