Day 1
Meet at Barcelona Airport and transfer to Cadaqués (2.5 hours).
Day 2
A rest day or a loop via Roses, Castelló d’Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador, Fortià, and Peralada. Alternative route via Vilajuïga and El Port de la Selva (91–98 km).
Day 3
Cadaqués, Vilajuïga, Garriguella, Peralada, Vilabertran, Figueres. Alternative route via Espolla and Cabanes. (43–63 km). Round trip via the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Mountain (125 km).
Day 4
A rest day or a loop via Llers, Darnius, and Pont de Molins. Alternative route via Agullana, La Vajol, and Coustouges (43–105 km).
Day 5
A day off or a loop via Fortia, Empuriabrava, Sant Pere Pescador, Empúries, L’Amentera, and Siurana (75 km).
Day 6
Figuères, Vilamalla, Vilaür, Sant Miquel de Fluvià, San Marti d’Emuries, Camallera, Flaça, Girona (85 km).
Day 7
A day off or loop routes via Taiala, Canet d’Adrit, Llorà, El Mas Lluners, and Aiguaviva. Option via Anglès, Osor, Sant Hilari Sacalm, and Santa Coloma de Farners (61 or 95 km).
Day 8
A day off or a loop via Madremanya, Monells, Sant Sadurni de l’Heura, Cassà de Selva, and Palol d’Onyar. (64 km).
Day 9
Girona, Quart, Caldes de Malavella, Llagostera, Tossa de Mar (47 km).
Day 10
A day of free riding, a loop, or a round trip via Ermita de St. Grau or Llagostera (29–55 km).
Day 11
A day off or a loop via Llagostera, Bell-Lloc, Santa Cristina d’Aro, and Canyet de Mar. (62 km).
Day 12
Transfer from Tossa de Mar to Barcelona (2 hours). Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 13
Transfer to Barcelona Airport.
