Amid spectacular gorges and hilltop villages

Set amidst wild, sun-drenched landscapes, Haute-Provence boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in Europe. With its rugged mountains, lavender-scented plateaus, hilltop villages, and winding roads flanked by dizzying gorges, every day on the bike is an adventure in itself. From Castellane to the narrow streets of Grasse, you’ll ride along breathtakingly beautiful scenic routes, explore the Verdon Gorge—Europe’s largest canyon—and pass through picturesque villages like Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, ranked among the most beautiful in France.

The free days give you the chance to explore at your own pace, whether you’re venturing out on beautiful cycling loops or enjoying a well-deserved break at an outdoor café with a view of the Alps. Alpine roads, rugged ridges, hidden valleys, and breathtaking views… this trip is a celebration of freedom and the joy of cycling. A challenging yet deeply inspiring itinerary, perfect for lovers of the great outdoors and athletic challenges.
