A leisurely bike ride at a laid-back pace

Canada’s smallest province is full of charm! In Prince Edward Island, life is slow and peaceful, making it the perfect place to explore by bike. Discover the charm of Summerside’s 19th- and 20th-century architecture, then head out on an Acadian tour of the island’s west via Mont-Carmel.

Further north, you’ll have the chance to sample delicious, freshly shucked oysters at Malpeque Harbour. Along the Green Gables Coast, immerse yourself in the adventures of the famous Anne of Green Gables as you head toward Prince Edward Island National Park to dip your toes in the water at Dalvay Beach.

Prince Edward Island by bike

We’ve saved Charlottetown for the finale, where Confederation Landing Park and the charming, historic Great George Street will give you a taste of the island’s urban life. A week of cycling between land and sea at the island’s leisurely pace—who could say no?
