A dream setting

Guadeloupe, a paradise for cyclists! With its idyllic setting, tropical maritime climate, smooth roads, and cycling tradition—this small French territory has already hosted 60 years of internationally renowned cycling tours. There’s no doubt that on the “Butterfly Archipelago,” you’ll feel like you’re flying!

From Pointe-à-Pitre, you’ll drive across the island of Grande-Terre, a plain bordered by mangroves in the southwest, where you’ll also find the popular Riviera, then on to the island of Marie-Galante, a hilly island nicknamed “Grande Galette”; and finally to the island of Basse-Terre, which is mountainous and covered in tropical forest from north to south, where numerous rivers and waterfalls abound, not to mention its highest point: the Soufrière volcano, rising to 1,467 meters.
