Departure from Lebrun by bike via St-Justin, Ste-Ursule, Ste-Angèle-de-Prémont, St-Paulin. Option via St-Alexis-des-Monts (49 to 59 km).
Day 2
Cycling via St-Élie-de-Caxton, Charrette, St-Barnabé, St-Thomas-de-Caxton, Trois-Rivières (60 or 75 km).
Day 3
Cycling via Pointe-du-Lac, Yamachiche, Louiseville, Maskinongé. Option via St-Léon-le-Grand (49 to 60 km).
