From the Provence of the Popes to the Luberon – Self-guided
Duration: 8 days and 7 nights
In the heart of the Laurentians, discover one of Quebec’s cycling gems: Le P’tit Train du Nord. This bike path, built along a former Canadian Pacific Railway line that once connected Montreal to Mont-Laurier, offers the perfect cycling experience, combining nature, history, and gentle slopes that let you enjoy the beauty of the Laurentians as you ride.
Between Mont-Laurier and Saint-Jérôme, passing through Nominingue, Mont-Tremblant, and Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, you’ll discover picturesque roads winding through the Laurentian Mountains, historic train stations specially equipped for cyclists, and flora and fauna that will accompany you every step of the way.
The many small villages along the P’tit Train route offer you the chance to sample the best local products while traveling far from traffic. It’s up to you to make your way to the Laurentians!
