Arrival in Nice and transfer to Cuneo (2 hours).
Day 2
A rest day or a loop route via Bernezzo, Caraglio, Dronero, Busca, Tarantasca, San Pietro del Gallo, and Passatore (58 or 72 km).
Day 3
Cuneo, Morozzo, Mondovi, Trinità, Fossano. Loop via Carrù (56–67 km).
Day 4
Fossano, Narzole, Barolo, Gallo, Alba. Loop via La Morra, Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga d’Alba (40 or 62 km).
Day 5
Alba, Barbaresco, Néive, Castagnole Tinella, Balbi, Piana del Salto, Costigliole d’Asti, Piano, Asti. Option via Piana del Salto (50 to 62 km).
Day 6
Asti, Mongardino, Montegrosso d’Asti, Canelli, Nizza Monferrato, Acqui Terme. Alternative route via Cascine, Canelli. (58 to 62 km).
Day 7
A rest day or a loop route via Visone, Cremolino, Ovada, Trisobbio, and Strevi. Alternative route via Carpeneto, Madonna della Villa, and Montaldo Bormida. (44–55 km).

Acqui Terme, Terzo, Castel Boglione, Gianola, Mombaruzzo, Castelnuevo Belbo, Bergamasco, Oviglio, Alessandria. Alternative route via Castel Rocchero, Alice Bel Colle, Ricaldone, Maranzana (50–63 km).
Day 9
Alessandria, Montecastello, Bassignana, Valenza, Bozzole, Ticineto, Frassineto Po, Casale Monferrato. Loop via San Salvatore Monferrato. (60 to 65 km).
Day 10
Casale Monferrato, Pontestura, Gabiano, Brusasco, Lauriano, Casaleborgone, Gassino Torinese, Turin. Alternative route via Sciolze, La Rezza di Bardassano (56 to 87 km).

Day off.

Turin, Rivoli, Rivalta di Torino, Piossasco, Piscina, Pinerolo, Miralodo, San Secondo di Pinerolo. Loop via Villarbasse, Reano, Trana, (San Michele), Giaveno, Cumiana (50 to 81 km).
Day 13
San Secondo di Pinerolo, Bricherasio, Bibiana, Barge, Paesana, Sanfront, Saluzzo. Passes through Revello (44 to 51 km).
Day 14
Transfer from Saluzzo to Antibes (3.5 hours) and free afternoon.
Day 15
Transfer to Nice Airport and return to Montreal.
